IplanRio’s work doesn't start the moment enrollment begins. Months in advance, system adjustments are planned and executed in alignment with managers from the Municipal Department of Education (SME). Another product that complements the solutions developed, and which is also fundamental to our success, is the "Matriculômetro," launched in 2023 and now being optimized and evolved into a new solution known as the "Enrollment Planning Dashboard." Through this, the SME has access to the most relevant indicators for the strategic management of municipal education, allowing them, for example, to geographically track seat availability by Regional Education Coordinators (CREs), monitor occupancy trends, and oversee student transfers and reassignments, offering a complete overview of enrollment dynamics within the department. This continuous monitoring contributes to better alignment of seats and classes, ensuring that student distribution is balanced and meets the needs of each school community.

With the ability to perform segmented analysis by CRE, school, neighborhood, and grouping, the dashboard offers a granular and flexible view, allowing managers to evaluate how well schools are adhering to the initial plan and identify areas for adjustment to ensure that the school reality aligns with projections. This functionality increases the CREs' responsiveness to emerging situations, minimizing negative impacts on the provision of education and maximizing the use of public resources.

Strategically integrated deliveries like these provide objective and tangible results for Rio. IplanRio plays a fundamental role, participating in the conceptualization of solutions and leading their development, with its impact recognized through municipal results, such as those seen in the 2023 Ideb.
