IplanRio has just delivered a strategic solution for the City of Rio: the digital request system for the "Nada Consta" (Clearance) Certificate, custom-built for the Municipal Comptroller General's Office (CGM). Available on the Carioca Digital portal, this tool marks a significant step forward in modernizing services for municipal public servants, eliminating the need for in-person visits to the CGM headquarters.
With this new solution, requesting the certificate is now entirely online. Employees can submit requests from anywhere, and for cases such as retirement, the document is issued automatically in a matter of minutes. Integration with the ERGON system ensures instant access to up-to-date employment data, providing greater security and operational agility.
Furthermore, the CGM now has a management module that allows for tracking every stage of the process—from analysis to issuance—and sending the document directly to the employee's email. The system also includes features for requesting clarifications and performing rigorous data validation, all within a digital and traceable workflow.
More than just a new service channel, the tool strengthens public management transparency by enabling the creation of real-time dashboards, which can be used both for public accountability and to support administrative decision-making. Digitizing the process also has a direct impact on operational sustainability: less paper, fewer commutes, and greater efficiency.
This delivery is the result of close collaboration between the IplanRio and CGM teams. From mapping requirements to final testing, every stage of the project was conducted in an integrated manner, with a focus on user experience and public administration efficiency. The new system joins other initiatives led by IplanRio aimed at digitizing services, improving municipal management, and simplifying the daily lives of public servants and citizens. Beyond modernizing procedures, it is about delivering solutions that connect technology to real life.
