IplanRio, in partnership with the Municipal Attorney General's Office (PGM), has implemented a major improvement to the systems for tracking judicial proceedings and managing the city's Active Debt. The integration between PAV (Judicial Process Tracking Platform) and DAM (Municipal Active Debt System) brings greater efficiency and agility to the management of information regarding the city's cases and credits.

PAV is responsible for tracking judicial proceedings involving the City of Rio de Janeiro. DAM manages the entire Active Debt portfolio, including tax and non-tax credits, while also controlling their status according to payment deadlines. With this integration, attorneys can consult the updated value of one or more Active Debt Certificates (CDAs) related to a tax foreclosure case in real time. Previously, when a case involved property debts, it was necessary to access multiple systems to verify the amounts owed and the current status of the CDAs. Now, PAV automatically pulls this information from DAM, streamlining case analysis and decision-making.

This integration has a positive impact on the speed of responses and case resolution, directly benefiting citizens through greater efficiency and faster service. For the city, the importance is even greater: PAV organizes and centralizes all judicial proceedings, while DAM ensures that credits owed to the city are tracked and collected efficiently.

This initiative reinforces IplanRio's commitment to continuously seeking solutions that enhance the city's administrative efficiency and improve the services provided to the public.
