IplanRio, the Municipal Information Technology Company of Rio de Janeiro, has modernized 33 management reports for the Municipal Attorney General's Office (PGM). By introducing new dashboards that follow the latest market trends, the project further supports a data-driven management approach. The process included the optimization of 6 Active Debt collection reports, 25 reports related to judicial records, and 2 reports concerning the Debt Portfolio.

All these reports were modernized for the Power BI solution and are accessed via the "DAM Collection Dashboard" and "DAM Portfolio Dashboard." These dashboards received a user experience (UX) optimization, making navigation and data analysis much more intuitive, intelligent, and practical for the user. 

Beyond these immediate benefits, these solutions developed for the PGM offer long-term strategic gains. They will provide cost savings for internal maintenance processes, increase service agility by making analysis and queries more efficient, and create greater value. Furthermore, the solution was revitalized specifically to meet the PGM's current needs.
