Over 4,000 services provided in a single day. At the top of Morro do Borel, the Favela com Dignidade program brought more than just services: it brought dignity, support, and a tangible public presence to one of Rio's largest communities. Behind the task force that mobilized over 30 municipal departments and agencies, IplanRio was there, ensuring the technological infrastructure needed for every service to be delivered efficiently, securely, and quickly.

Responsible for network deployment, connectivity, and technical support throughout the event, IplanRio worked behind the scenes, yet had a direct impact on every citizen served. Thanks to the technical team's work, it was possible to ensure real-time access to systems such as JAÉ, CadÚnico, tax services, job program registration, document issuance, and the opening of CNPJ and MEI accounts.

Beyond connectivity, IplanRio's technical presence prevented failures, resolved incidents in real time, and supported the organization of digital services. A quiet but decisive effort to ensure that access was, in fact, universal.

The program, coordinated by the Secretariat of Community Action (SEAC), is a symbol of public policy that goes beyond office walls and reaches the alleys and narrow streets where thousands of Rio residents live.
