IplanRio, the municipal IT company, in partnership with the Secretariat of Public Order (SEOP), has integrated the SCUFF system (Unified Control System for Fairs and Vendors) with Carioca Digital to enable DARM issuance, simplifying life for vendors and exhibitors in the city of Rio de Janeiro. Workers can now access their payment slips from anywhere directly through the Carioca.Rio portal, using a fast, intuitive, and fully digital system.
The process for obtaining the Municipal Collection Document (DARM) is quick and simple. Citizens just need to follow three basic steps: first, access the Carioca.Rio portal; second, click on the “TUAP Issuance – Vendors” option; and finally, select “Access Service.” This provides citizens with an efficient solution for generating payment slips without the need to travel, wait in lines, or deal with red tape.
Developed by IplanRio, both the systems and their integration are part of a digital transformation aimed at streamlining and integrating various city government areas, ensuring that citizens can handle their affairs in a practical and accessible way.
Vendors and exhibitors can now access their DARM from any internet-enabled device, such as a smartphone or computer, eliminating the need for physical documents and contributing to the modernization of the city's public services.
Beyond offering convenience, this innovation strengthens the partnership between IplanRio and SEOP, who worked together to deliver this efficient and accessible solution for Rio's vendors and exhibitors. IplanRio's technical expertise was crucial in creating this integrated process, ensuring security and reliability when accessing information.
This first phase of the solution represents a major step in the digital transformation of public services in Rio de Janeiro, bringing more convenience to citizens and making it easier to fulfill obligations simply and without bureaucracy.
