IplanRio, the Municipal Information Technology Company of Rio de Janeiro, has just launched a new Business Intelligence (BI) tool for the Processo.Rio system.
The tool was created to meet the information needs of the entire Rio de Janeiro City Hall (PCRJ), allowing for detailed tracking of document production, as well as monitoring the processing times and lifecycles of files and records in each department. The system also provides greater transparency and traceability for workflows, facilitating public management.
The BI consists of 16 metrics analyzed from 6 different perspectives, which can be combined to generate up to 96 distinct indicators. This allows for a deep and varied analysis of document movement, including the number of processes created, processed, and received, as well as average turnaround and lifecycle times, with the ability to filter by department, subject, and period.
Furthermore, the system enables detailed analysis by subject, class, subclass, and activity, offering a complete history of each document. This analytical view is essential for the continuous improvement of administrative process management, ensuring greater efficiency and control.
With the new Processo.Rio BI, IplanRio reaffirms its commitment to technological innovation and the improvement of services provided to City Hall, offering a solution that facilitates the tracking and management of administrative processes, promoting greater agility and efficiency in public administration.
