Thiago Trabach is a technology and data executive with a Master’s degree in Applied Mathematics and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from FGV. With proven expertise in structuring data and product operations, he served at the Rio Municipal Health Department (2023-2024), where he led the largest municipal health data integration in Brazil, unifying 7 million electronic medical records into a centralized platform.

As a co-founder of Cognitivo.ai, he established the first and most selective network of data professionals in Brazil, delivering high-impact solutions for major companies in the Brazilian market. During his time at FALCONI, he applied optimization methodologies across various sectors, including agriculture, manufacturing, and services, contributing to tangible business results for his clients.

He currently serves as CEO of IplanRio, the Municipal Information Technology Company of Rio de Janeiro.
