With a career spanning nearly three decades, João Cypriano has built a solid track record in the information technology sector, beginning as a military instructor in the Brazilian Army. For over 21 years, he has held strategic positions in IT infrastructure, combining technical expertise with process management.

Throughout his journey, he has served in key roles such as Systems Analyst, Technology Change Supervisor, IT Project Lead, Production Manager, and Director of Operations. Currently, as head of the Administration and Finance Directorate, he has led essential initiatives, including the modernization of the City of Rio de Janeiro's large-scale infrastructure and the implementation of a Service Desk aligned with ITIL best practices.
