With a degree in Psychology and a specialization in People Management, Íris has built her professional career by strategically modernizing people management processes in large organizations. Originally from Salvador, she brought her expertise to the public sector, dedicating herself to building more human, integrated, and efficient work environments.

From 2015 to 2023, she contributed to the evolution of human capital management practices at RioFilmes, the City Hall's public audiovisual company. For the past two years, as head of the people management department at IplanRio, she has led initiatives focused on human development, organizational climate, and culture, always with a focus on valuing professionals and strengthening the work environment.
