Ingrid Gomes is a specialist in digital product management for the public sector. She distinguished herself as Product Manager for the Rio de Janeiro Municipal Health Department during the implementation of the Integrated Clinical History and the Digital Pharmacy.‍

With experience in digital transformation and strategic management, she was responsible for the first Re-registration System for Inactive State Civil Servants at the Maranhão State Civil Servants Pension Institute (Iprev-MA). She previously served as head of the Strategic Planning Advisory Office for the Maranhão State Secretariat of Planning and Budget (Seplan-MA) and at the Maranhão Hospital Services Company (Emserh).‍

Currently, as Vice President of Products and AI at IplanRio, she combines analytical vision and technical expertise to optimize public services.
