Throughout his career, he has built expertise in applying management, innovation, and technology methodologies to drive operational efficiency and develop organizational capabilities, with an increasing focus on artificial intelligence and the redesign of work models.

Currently, as the Digital Experience Director at IplanRio, the Municipal Information Technology Company of Rio de Janeiro, he leads initiatives focused on digital transformation, innovation, and enhancing the experience of citizens and users of the Rio City Hall's digital services.
