Fernando Ivo Pimentel Cavalcante has a 28-year career with the Rio de Janeiro City Hall, beginning in 1997 at IPLANRIO. With a solid background in Public Management, he is also a recognized leader in the city. Throughout his career, he has excelled in various strategic positions, leading innovative technology projects.

As Director of Planning and New Business, Fernando pioneered key initiatives such as Taxi.Rio and Carioca Digital, the latter being Brazil's first citizen-focused service portal. Additionally, he was responsible for launching Processo.Rio, a project that digitized the city's administrative process management.

Currently, as CEO of IPLANRIO, he continues to promote innovation and the continuous improvement of municipal IT management, addressing contemporary challenges with creative and effective strategies.
