Carlos Alberto Botelho Junior has a career spanning nearly 28 years at the Rio de Janeiro City Hall, where he has built extensive experience in information technology. Throughout this time, he has led initiatives focused on modernizing municipal systems, with a strong track record at the Municipal Attorney General's Office, where he spent many years supporting the agency's digital transformation.

At IplanRio, he held various strategic roles before assuming the position of Director of Planning and New Business. In this role, he leads over 160 professionals dedicated to the planning and development of public services for the City Hall, strengthening the integration and interaction between the systems used by various municipal agencies and the citizens of Rio.

With a focus on innovation and efficiency, Botelho works to ensure that technology serves as an ally in improving public services, providing agile and secure solutions for both the municipal administration and its citizens.
