Caio Jacintho is a product designer specializing in the intersection of design, data, and communication. He holds a degree in Architecture and Urbanism from the University of São Paulo (USP), with one year of study at the University of Seville in Spain.

He built his career in the municipal public sector of Rio de Janeiro at the City Hall's Data Office, where he worked from 2022 to 2024—first as a communicator and subsequently as a product designer. 

Since the beginning of 2025, he has served as Head of Design at IplanRio, where he leads the design of digital products that connect the public to city services. Today, he oversees the design of Pref.rio, the city's official digital platform.
